In order to make things go faster I decided to scan whole pages of photos and not break them up into individual photos. That takes too much time. Besides, you can download and edit as you wish. I will try to describe what/who is each picture. They are mostly family.

At an Aikido winter camp we saw this sign outside our motel room. The house I grew up in on Freeport Rd in Blawnox. Billy as a baby.

No idea whose house that is. me as a kid. Me and the boys when they were little. Uncle Frank. My favorite uncle. He was world-class with a rifle or shotgun yet would not kill anything. I got that from him, I think.

My old college roommate Sam Hess and two of his kids. Uncle Bobby. He had a zillion video tapes yet did nothing with them. I think that is sad, a life gone with little to remember them. Me and Travis in my state College front yard. One of The boys clearing the driveway.

Pix on right are Chi and Travis. Pix on left are of Brian Corbet. He was a close friend in the early 70s. He became a youth minister in Florida and married Suzi and me. Unfortunately we had a falling out over politics. i hope he is doing well. BL is Uncle Frank in his favorite chair. BR is Mary Totten, a HS friend. She passed years ago but I am friends with her son Dave on FB.

Top pix are either Tarkus or Max. Then me and chi. Then Christmas tree at Grandma Santoros. Last pic is a group of us from my Comp Center team. I recognize Bill, John, our secretary Jean, and Mike. A few people are missing. I do not remember the name of the guy with the mustache. He was made manager of the computer store after I decided to leave management (on my way to a faculty position). Apparently he was arrested for theft. (!) I knew nothing about it but I am sure I was investigated also. I was always really careful because my lab had a lot of donated equipment. I kept an inventory to account for every computer and software package.

Grandpap outside his business. He sold custom mirrors, shower doors and sliding glass doors for north suburban Pittsburgh home builders. Dad and Frank worked for him and bought out the business when Grandpap retired. They then started home building and finally retired from all of it in the 90s. Then a pic of me right around HS graduation. The pic of me in the background is my graduation bic, taken in sep of my senior year.

Chi outside our Ford City farmette. It actually belonged to Billy. Travis was a baby but I am grateful That Chi experienced part of his childhood here. The Keeler 31" reflecting telescope at Allegheny Observatory. This is the only one of the 3 telescopes that I did not work with. Bottom pic is my Aikido Sensei, Cecelia Riccioti. She is a wonderful person, a superior teacher, and a good friend.

A pet I had for a short while. I love critters. The Ford City farm. I built a solar powered greenhouse that actually helped heat the house on sunny days. Bottom pic is Travis ready for his Sr. Prom.

Aikido club, and Tara. I put this pic on My first web page and got an inquiry where I got the assault rifle. On the wall behind the cat is a Lee-Enfield 303, a ww1 and ww2 rifle. Billy gave it to me. I gave him a luger years later in return.

Nittany Outing Club. The name chosen for The group that would do memorial day weekend parties. Went to them for alost 30 years. They ended when Bad died. The kids and cousins when Grandma Santoro was buried. Last 2 are (i think) Billy, then me.
